Return & Refund Eligibility

We support customer returns and refunds within 30 calendar days of order delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We accept returns for quality problems, transportation damage, and customer personal dissatisfaction.

Full Refund Conditions

If you receive defective, damaged, wrong or missing products due to our shipping and production errors, we offer full refunds, free returns or free re-delivery without any additional cost to customers.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns initiated by personal preference, size mismatch or unnecessary purchase, customers need to bear the return shipping cost. We will issue a product value refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Non-Refundable Situations

Opened, used, damaged artificially, or expired products do not support returns and refunds. Discounted promotional products also follow the above return rules and are not eligible for special exemptions.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify your returned package or confirm the refund application, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on your original payment channel’s processing rules.
